Frequently Asked Questions

What does each session cost?

Each Futsal session costs £6.00. Booking and advance payment is essential as spaces are limited at every session.
There are 2 Futsal session packages you can choose: Half Term and Full Term.

As spaces are limited in each session and an automated waiting list is in place, it is advisable to book and pay for packages well in advance to safeguard your child’s place. You can book and pay for as many packages as you like, including for the whole year!

There are no single session bookings available.

If I want to book during a term, do I have to pay for the whole term or is the cost adjusted to cover the sessions?

If you book during a term and a place is available, simply email us and we will email you a discount code to enter which will adjust the cost for the remaining sessions of that term.

What if I forget to book and pay for the sessions I want to attend?

Our online booking system is available 24/7. With the limited spaces it is a first come first served system. If you forget then someone may book your place on that session. This is why we suggest you book and pay for as many sessions as possible in advance to secure your place and give you peace of mind that you won’t miss out.

What if I can’t attend a session?

There will be times when you may not be able to attend one of your booked sessions for whatever reason. This will not affect your place or booking. Due to the limited spaces available at each session there are no refunds for sessions you do not attend.

What do I do if the session I want is fully booked?

If this is the case, you can select ‘waiting list’ on the venue/session you wish to attend. As soon as a space becomes available you will be sent a text and email informing you that you can book and pay for the sessions you wanted. You can also find other sessions at our other local venues that may be available to book while you wait.

Can I come along to watch a session to see if it Futsal is a sport I would like to play?

Yes, you are more than welcome so come along to watch any of our sesssions before booking a place. Simply contact your nearest venue via our contact page, email or text.
